Everyone says you should feel grateful. Relieved. Ready to "get back to normal." But here's the truth no one talks about:
You don't know who you are anymore.
The life you had before doesn't fit. But you have no idea what comes next. You're stuck between who you were and who you're becoming — and it's exhausting.
Maybe your brain is on overwhelm. Maybe you don't even know what you want anymore.
That's okay. I've been exactly where you are.
After being diagnosed with cancer and going through a divorce at the same time, I had no idea what my future looked like. I had no idea how to begin creating a new life for myself. And honestly? I had no idea what I wanted.
But I knew one thing: I knew what I didn't want anymore. And that was a great starting point.
What helped me most was writing. Not journaling about my day — but answering powerful questions that helped me see my own truth. Questions I would have never thought to ask myself. Writing just helps you unlock your thoughts and get out of your head.
Writing helped me see how much more I wanted for my life. It showed me the patterns and old stories that had been holding me back. And it gave me a way forward.
That's what I want to give you.

-You're a woman who's been through cancer and feel like you're stuck between your old life and whatever comes next
I had cancer at age 4, and again at 39 — while going through divorce. My son Hayden was diagnosed with rare bone cancer at 20. I've lived the darkest parts of this journey.
And I discovered something that changed everything: Cancer wasn't my problem. Cancer was the wake-up call that revealed what was already broken.
Writing helped me see it. Coaching helped me heal it. And now I help other women do the same.
I believe your next chapter can be your best chapter. Let me show you how to start writing it.
P.S. You don't have to be a "writer" to do this. You don't have to have the answers. You just have to be willing to get honest with yourself for 15 minutes. I'll guide you through the rest.
And if you want to talk through what comes up for you? At the end of the video, I offer a complimentary Clarity Call where we can go through your answers together.
No pressure — just honest conversation about what's next for you.
